I’ve been part of the Volkswagen team for 15 1/2 years. When I joined the company, I started in the Clean-Up Department preparing cars for delivery to clients as well as learning the ins and outs of every car. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked as a Volkswagen Elite Certified Sales Consultants. My experience and devotion guarantees that my clients receive the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. My passion for answering my guest’s questions and helping them make the right decision for their needs in a New or Pre-Loved VW is what motivates me. I called to look at a Honda that was traded in to this dealership and Luke went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed up and ready by my arrival. They had found some issues with it and so wanted to b dealership and Luke went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed up and ready by my arrival. They had found some issues with it and so wanted to be sure it was repaired before then. They had a good amount of work on the car and it drove wonderfully. Luke was patient and very no pressure making buying a car as painless as possible. It's been almost a month and it still drives as fantastically as when I bought it. Thank you! More

Car shopping can be a not so fun experience. We are up in Duluth and have leased the last 10 years. With car prices rising, lease pricing didn’t make sense this round. Duluth dealerships insisted on haggling prices and I didn’t have time for that. I researched the vehicle I wanted, reached out to Luther VW Burnsville and was in touch with Luke within 10 minutes on a Wednesday night. By Thursday we had the financing figured out and on Friday I was driving my car home. Straightforward pricing and they were more than fair and accommodating on my lease I turned in (non-VW lease). Would absolutely recommend this dealership and Luke Klingson. More
