I have always been against buying new cars, but with the current car market it made sense for me to look at brand new when I decided I wanted a car. After a ton of research, I decided I wanted a GLI. I live just minutes from Burnsville VW so it made sense to stop in here. I met with Luke and discussed the ordering process. I mentioned there was a GLI at a different dealership on the other side of the cities and that I wanted to drive it before I put an order in to be sure it's what I wanted. I went and drove it and was very tempted to buy it since it was exactly what I wanted but the sales person there was not good. Didn't know the answers to some basic questions and was super awkward in trying to "close" me after the test drive. It was bad. I called Luke and said I wanted the car but wanted to buy it through him. I knew that meant waiting, but to me it was worth it. Luke went to work looking at incoming inventory to try and get me a car without waiting the 3-4 months for a factory order. He found one that should have been about a month out, but of course 2022 had to pull a 2022 and it ended up taking an extra month but it is what it is. Definitely appreciate Luke going above and beyond in finding a car as well as keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Emily in finance was also fantastic! She had most of the paperwork ready prior to my arrival so I was in and out of the dealership in far less than an hour. Long story short, these guys rock and I'm very happy with my decision to purchase here even if it meant waiting a couple months. They definitely understand the value of a customer relationship and not just a transaction. More

I had the best experience at Luther Burnsville VW. I had looked at a 2022 Tiguan online and the following day reached out to test drive. I had reached out to another dealership with the same car but the service at that location was subpar at best. I was so excited when Luke was able to reply instantly saying “we will take care of you!” I traded in my Toyota RAV4 and ended up with my dream car!!!
