I just purchased a used 2019 VW Tiguan from Luke Klingson. I was looking at the new 2020 and 2021 Tiguans but they didn't have the color and options I wanted. Luke was able to find a used Tiguan w Klingson. I was looking at the new 2020 and 2021 Tiguans but they didn't have the color and options I wanted. Luke was able to find a used Tiguan with 3000 miles in the color and options I wanted. I was very glad that he researched the options that were important and found a fit. Safety features plus a few luxuries impressed me about the Tiguan. Luke was knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. This is my third VW from Burnsville Volkswagen - two New Beetles and now the Tiguan. I have always serviced my cars at Burnsville Volkswagen and have been please with their service and recommendations. I would highly recommend Luke Klingson and Burnsville Volkswagen. More

I have been coming to Luther Burnsville VW for years for all of my maintenance, but when the time came for an upgrade to a newer car, I wasn't sure if my experiences would be as positive. You hear a lot of all of my maintenance, but when the time came for an upgrade to a newer car, I wasn't sure if my experiences would be as positive. You hear a lot of talk about dealerships being less than trustworthy during car sales, but let me tell you - THIS dealership has my trust, 100%. I was on the market for a certified pre-owned Golf or GTI, and Luke Klingson made that process so smooth and easy! I came in for two rounds of test drives, while he very honestly laid out the pros and cons of each and every one of the cars I drove. He was incredibly knowledgable, patient, and quick to respond to all of my lingering questions. The icing on the cake? Luke continues to respond to questions I have even AFTER he's made the sale! I wanted to know about after-market heated seats and later had a small issue with one of the wiper blades, and the level of service has not gone down a single notch. As for the dealership itself - it's really fantastic. All of the people I've worked with have been super nice and accommodating. I even got a refund (!) when they accidentally over-estimated my registration fees on my car. Who does that? This place does. More
