I’ve been part of the Volkswagen team for 16 1/2 years. When I joined the company, I started in the Clean-Up Department preparing cars for delivery to clients as well as learning the ins and outs of every car. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked as a Volkswagen Elite Certified Sales Consultants. My experience and devotion guarantees that my clients receive the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. My passion for answering my guest’s questions and helping them make the right decision for their needs in a New or Pre-Loved VW is what motivates me. I am ready to help you purchase the car of your dreams. While I am not at work I enjoy spending time with Family and Friends and getting out on the Golf course as much as I can.

We were very pleased with our experience in purchasing a used (new to us) VW Touareg TDI from Burnsville VW. We have used this dealership in the past to service our previous Touareg and were always satisfie used (new to us) VW Touareg TDI from Burnsville VW. We have used this dealership in the past to service our previous Touareg and were always satisfied with the work they performed. We felt no pressure working with our Sales Associate Luke to negotiate the purchase of our new(er) TDI, as well as the trade in of our old Touareg. We also worked with Emily in Finance and Scott from the Service Department. They both were knowledgable and patient with us and answered all of our questions. Overall, a very good buying experience for us and we would highly recommend this dealership and these employees to others! More
