When I joined the company, I started in the Clean-Up Department preparing cars for delivery to clients as well as learning the ins and outs of every car. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked as a Volkswagen Elite Certified Sales Consultants. My experience and devotion guarantees that my clients receive the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. My passion for answering my guest’s questions and helping them make the right decision for their needs in a New or Pre-Loved VW is what motivates me. I just purchased a used 2019 VW Tiguan from Luke Klingson. I was looking at the new 2020 and 2021 Tiguans but they didn't have the color and options I wanted. Luke was able to find a used Tiguan w Klingson. I was looking at the new 2020 and 2021 Tiguans but they didn't have the color and options I wanted. Luke was able to find a used Tiguan with 3000 miles in the color and options I wanted. I was very glad that he researched the options that were important and found a fit. Safety features plus a few luxuries impressed me about the Tiguan. Luke was knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. This is my third VW from Burnsville Volkswagen - two New Beetles and now the Tiguan. I have always serviced my cars at Burnsville Volkswagen and have been please with their service and recommendations. I would highly recommend Luke Klingson and Burnsville Volkswagen. More
