We usually avoid dealerships because if the high pressure sales & the feeling of always being taken advantage of simply because I'm a woman & my husband uses a wheelchair. Not once did we even come close to that one time working with Luke! I would definitely recommend them & better yet would buy or lease from them again in a heart beat! They even made our kids feel part of the transaction, since vehicle was also for out son they made sure he was happy as well. What a wonderful experience !!!!! More

Excellent People, Service and Dealership I have purchased many vehicles through out the years. I've had some ok experiences, some not some ok experiences and then I found Volkswagen and am n I have purchased many vehicles through out the years. I've had some ok experiences, some not some ok experiences and then I found Volkswagen and am now a VW Lifer. I've been to a few different VW dealerships and all are great, however, Luther Burnsville was by far a 5 star dealership. It is rare to find a dealership that you don't have to haggle and do the back and forth and still walk out feeling like you settled on the final number - UNTIL Luther Burnsville. I had a set number in my mind that I couldn't go under for my trade. I knew that what they were offering me was much better than other dealerships and the price of my vehicle I purchased was lower than any other within 500 miles. I did my homework. This being said, I didn't have to haggle. - There was no back and forth. Between Adam, Luke and Jay they knew what I needed to make this deal work and they took care of it without any issues at all. Then there was Jared with Finance. He made the process extremely easy and quick. The staff doesn't pressure you, they don't hassle you as other dealerships tend to do (we have all been in that situation). They make you feel comfortable and welcome - like your around friends you have known for 20 years. They have mastered the process. You no longer have to be in a dealership for the entire day when buying a car. It maybe took an hour from start to finish. Included test drive, then looking my car over and finance. I took my car into their service department this morning to apply the paint protection film and their service department is just as great as the sales area. Thank you Luke, Adam, Jared and Jay. I wasn't sure I was ready to trade up but you made the decision easy and pain free. I couldn't be happier and I would recommend you to anyone in the market for a new car... Plus we all know that once your a VW owner - Your a VW owner for life. More

Dealership GM advocate for the customer We had a reacall / service issue with our 2015 Volkswagen car that needed the manufacturer to address and their initial response was not satisfactory We had a reacall / service issue with our 2015 Volkswagen car that needed the manufacturer to address and their initial response was not satisfactory to us. We sat down with Jay Radue and discussed our concerns. Jay listened to our concerns and then was a strong advocate for us to get our concerns addressed with the manufacturer. He escalated our concerns up through management levels until our concerns were addressed appropriately. I know he did not have to escalated as far as he did but he wanted to do what was right. But Jay and team made my wife and I feel valued as current customer and future customer. I typically categorizes customer service as either a duck or eagle and there are a lot of ducks out there but Jay and team are Eagles soaring above it all and got it right. Thank you Jay! More

Luke and I were in contact for about a month because the car I was interested in was stuck at the ports for a l Working with Luke and Jared was great! Luke and I were in contact for about a month because the car I was interested in was stuck at the ports for a long time. He always kept in contact and updated me when something was up. When the car finally came in, we had done most of the paperwork through email and everything was set up already. I just had to go in, sign some financial documents and I was on my way out with the new car. Luke does a great job at explaining features and making sure that everything was as expected. Jared Frantz was also great at helping with understanding all the financials. Again, because Luke and I have been in contact for a month, all the paperwork needed for the financial side of things were taken care of already. I just had to sign a few documents stating that I understood what was going on. Jared made sure to explain how and why the finances were what they were. I'd recommend both Luke and Jared because they were knowledgeable and made sure I didn't feel like I was in over my head as a first time car buyer. More
