Making a phone contact with a the dealership and visited with a person about the type of car that I wanted to test drive, and had scheduled an appointment with them to come test drive the vehicle. 2. I had then showed up on time to meet the person I had talked to, test drive the vehicle, and then visit more about the vehicle or others. What was happening at every single one, was that none of them were around when I arrived, and none of them had pulled up a car so that it was ready to test drive. At one dealership I actually had to wait as the person took off all of the packaging that was wrapped on the car. (It had arrived 3 days prior to my arrival - and I had called and scheduled a week ahead.) When I arrived at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen, I was greeted by my contact person, the car was pulled up and ready. This not only happened once, but the second time when I came back with my husband. In addition to the comment above, I felt my experience at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen was exceptional from start to end. More

After exploring the lot for a couple minutes, Adam walked up and offered his services. Believe it or not, it wasn't your typical awkward encounter with a car salesman. He was respectful, honest, and actually listened to what I had to say. I am a first time Volkswagen customer with and knew very little about their cars so having a knowledgeable car salesman who wasn't trying to pull a quick one on my was very satisfying. He ended up answering the 20+ questions I had, most of them fairly easy to answer, but a few were difficult. Once he sold me on the car, the paperwork process was simple-I was out within the hour. I'd recommend going to this specific dealership to my friends and would definitely recommend buyers go through Adam. I should also add-Luke Klingson helped me while Adam was taking care of another customer. He was helpful, too! More

We never felt any pressure throughout the experience (which is opposite of the experience we had buying our last new car at another local dealership this past July). Burnsville VW changed our perception of the whole car buying experience and we left with smiles on our faces. My only reason for not giving them all 5's was a small glitch in the paperwork that meant a new contract being written up. A small inconvenience that they made sure was resolved in a timely manner. As a retired couple, we do not appreciate car sales persons who focus on their need to sell, rather than the need of the client. From our first greeting to our goodbye handshake, Luke focused on our ne persons who focus on their need to sell, rather than the need of the client. From our first greeting to our goodbye handshake, Luke focused on our need to find a vehicle that met our convertible needs. He spoke to both of us, not focusing his interaction on just one of us. He understood we had our done our homework, then build on our knowledge to make it a richer experience. His parents raised that young man right. His product knowledge was exceptional. He understood each vehicle we inquired about. Luke never at any time tried to refocus our purpose during or after the visit. Luke has an amazing ability to make the customer be comfortable while at the dealership. Luke is a young professional, yet far more seasoned that sales staff his senior. My wife and I highly recommend this young man as your salesperson of choice. More
