Oil change,tire rotation I received courteous and professional help from the service advisor I dealt with. I asked the service advisor if he would consider replacing my license plate frames on my 10 year old TL as a customer appreciation jester and he agreed to do so(they were in very bad condition). The new ones look great and they also provide great advertising for your dealership. This jester was greatly appreciated THANK YOU. I always have my service done at your location. More

An Amazing Experience With The Best Facilities! I took my vehicle here to get my TPMS sensors checked out because they were showing low pressure even though I checked them and they were at the right I took my vehicle here to get my TPMS sensors checked out because they were showing low pressure even though I checked them and they were at the right PSI. I scheduled my appointment early in the day because I figured the sensors might have to get replaced and it might take all day. As I drove up to the service bays the doors opened for me and I just drove right in. I was greeted as soon as I was parked and I told them my concerns. After a little bit of information gathering I was guided to the lounge area where there was basically a small breakfast buffet waiting for me. Unfortunately I was not accustomed to being up that early and completely skipped breakfast. I grabbed a breakfast bar and a few muffins and a coffee. As I sat down to watch some YouTube on my phone and munch on my snacks I had plenty of people from the service all the way to sales nicely greet me. About forty minutes after I had sat down a service adviser retrieved me from the aforementioned lounge and told me I was ready to go. Everything was covered under warranty so I didn't have to pay a dime. Fantastic Experience! More
