He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and provided a very pleasant, no pressure experience. Throughout my entire car buying experience, he was there every step of the way to assure that all my questions were answered and that I was 100% satisfied with my new purchase. He also made it clear that he was there AFTER I bought the car as well, as Knauz views car purchases as not simply a business transaction, but as an ongoing, long term (customer) relationship. Judy Powell was very warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. She let me test drive a few different cars and even let me test drive the same one twice as I was unsure. She was friendly and willing to work with me on price with her manager. I wanted to go with the A6 but she sold me the brand. And boy am I glad she did ;) Also the genius, Luke Wojtas, who showed me how to use all of the car's functions after the sale, was out of this world. Very detailed and spent a lot of time, even after closing time before the long weekend. More
