I am a first-time buyer and I was very nervous and stressed about the car buying process. Lynelle greeted us as soon as we arrived, and I'm so happy I got to work with her. She was an amazing salesper stressed about the car buying process. Lynelle greeted us as soon as we arrived, and I'm so happy I got to work with her. She was an amazing salesperson: very helpful, friendly, and she really listened to what I was looking for in a car. She did a great job matching me up with the best car for my needs and budget - a 2011 Kia Soul +. The entire staff at Southwest Kia was very friendly and helpful, even at 9:30 PM on a Friday night. You can tell they enjoy their jobs, and that made my experience that much better. Lee Malan, the on-site insurance agent, found an awesome insurance policy for me that offered everything I needed for a great price. Overall, I can't say enough about my wonderful experience at Southwest Kia. I would recommend them 100%! More
