I can not say enough great things about Southwest Kia and Jerry! The salesmen do not work on commission making the whole experience less stressful. Love them! More

Great Service I went in knowing what I wanted, however, this was not the only location that had what I wanted. Michael and Constantine made it possible for me to v I went in knowing what I wanted, however, this was not the only location that had what I wanted. Michael and Constantine made it possible for me to view and drive both vehicles. The process was seamless and all the employees are extremely friendly. She answered questions for me, even late in the evening. I already knew exactly what car I wanted and John did not try to sell me anything different. Atif was instrumental in getting my financing done. He really worked this deal for me. Best of all, I love my car! I purchased a 2016 Optima EX fully loaded! Everything I wanted in a vehicle I was blessed with in this car. When others turned me down, they really worked with me. Go see them. You won't regret it! More

I was referred by my pastor and spoke with Noe and although he had relocated to another department he still took the time to speak with me and later referred me to Jerry Tonnubbe whom assisted me. Upon my arrival I was greeted with an open door an a smile. The staff there are godly, honest, kind and compassionate. I especially thank Kelsey Allen for being so up front and honest which is something you do not expect when it is your money and time. To be honest every staff member whom I had encounter with (even in passing) were all very, very friendly and the pies are too die for. I thank God for the 2013 Kia Soul that I was blessed with when I left from that dealership in Mesquite, Texas. I have already handed out several business cards to my friends. Overall that was one of the best experiences I have ever had when buying a car and I did not feel pressured at all. Praise God. Marilyn. More

Cadillac has extremely high customer service standards. All of which served to make me picky and not easy to satisfy. Kelsy and all of the rest of the sales, service, and parts staff do an excellent job of provding high quality customer service. They tell the truth and do what they say. I've bought one new and one used Kia from Southwest in the last 18 months. There is a high probability that I'll buy my next vehicle from them as well. More

When we began our search for a new vehicle it was something that we really didn't want to have to do because our experiences in the past with other dealerships was so stressful that it took all the f something that we really didn't want to have to do because our experiences in the past with other dealerships was so stressful that it took all the fun out of buying a new car, however that was not the case in dealing with Jerry and Lynell they were both very friendly, courteous and professional. Jerry was off the day we went for a test drive but he had told Lynell that we would be by and she was waiting outside for us when we arrived, she was extremely friendly and made us feel at ease, she wanted us to be completely happy if we decided to make a purchase and she did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Although there was not a Sportage on the lot in the color that we wanted two days later she and Jerry located one at another SW Kia location and Jerry drove out to pick it up just so we could see how it looked, when we saw it that evening we knew it was the one that we wanted, we made the deal that night and came back the next morning to complete the paperwork, once again we were met by Jerry and Lynell. The whole experience was pleasant and not scary at all, we have told our family, friends and co-workers about the professional and friendly manner in which we were treated at SW Kia in Mesquite and especially by Jerry and Lynell. More
