Sold me a used 2010 Honda Accord. I've had so many issues with this car in the last year it's not even funny . The dealer supposedly does this vehicle check before you buy any used c I've had so many issues with this car in the last year it's not even funny . The worst dealership you will ever try to do business with in purchasing a car! I called to inquire if they had any 2023 Civics on their lot and was told by saleswoman Lynn Gerber a truck had just arriv with in purchasing a car! I called to inquire if they had any 2023 Civics on their lot and was told by saleswoman Lynn Gerber a truck had just arrived and she would check and call me back in 10 minutes. She called and said a blue civic was there now, so I told her I would be down there in an hour to purchase it. She told me to leave a deposit with my credit card so it couldn't be sold before I got there, which I did. Upon arriving at the dealership I met Lynn as she was leaving to show another customer a car but she pointed to the blue civic in the lot and said she would be with me shortly. I went over to the blue civic with my daughter to see it and noticed a sign inside the dash saying sold with my name on it. Lynn then came over and we went inside to her desk to finalize the deal. She then came back with a folder and said she had bad news that the car had been sold to someone else! I said how is that possible because you told me it had just arrived off the truck and to give you a deposit so it couldn't be sold an hour ago! She then took me in to see Michelle Pincay the General Sales Manager and was told by her that a mistake had been made but she would work to get another one and she would call me. She called me and said the owner Norman would work to get me a Civic just like the one that was offered to me to because he dealt with other Honda dealers. This never happened and then after repeated calls to Michelle Pincay and numerous voice mail messages left to her which never were responded to, I realized this is not a reputable dealership. So if you want to try and do business with a dealership that misleads, lies and won't respond to your messages then HONDA OF TENAFLY is for you! If you are looking for a trustworthy and reputable dealer try contacting Nasser of MAHWAH HONDA and he will work with you honestly and more then likely beat any other offer you receive by a Honda dealer in Bergen County NJ. More

I went to see if I would like another lease or buy my current leased CR-V EX. After a little confusion about my appointment, Lynn took over and took her time to explain all our options.
