Honda of Tenafly used to be very professional and all the sales persons were usually great and would go above and beyond for you. In the showroom employees that work there are very unprofessional and they pl sales persons were usually great and would go above and beyond for you. In the showroom employees that work there are very unprofessional and they play loud music and you can barely hear anyone talking. This one employee was trying to pop another employees pimple on the show room floor on one of the days that I was there talking to the person that was helping me. I also feel like nothing was explained to me in detail and that I was taken advantage of because I’m a woman. I put a lot of money down and yet that didn’t cover the fees and taxes so now I have an even higher payment per month. I’m not very happy and when my lease is up I’ll probably go else where. I’ve been going to Honda of tenafly for a long time my very first car came from there, I live 5 minutes from another Honda dealership but I drove all the way to tenafly because from what I remembered they have always been very reputable and honest, but Not anymore. More
