The time it took to get officially approved, and out the door, was far faster than I had anticipated, as I had a pre-approval form. Lynn, was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. She was also very informative about the repair, and services that had been completed on the car. She was hands down one of the nicest, and most friendly sales reps I have ever encountered. I did not feel pressured or intimidated at all, and she was very patient with me. Someone need to give this lady a raise. Jonathan was very nice as well, and made sure i understood everything I was getting into, before I signed all the paperwork. I would without a doubt purchase from this establishment again. More

Fabulously Fun Purchase of My First VW Beetle with Lynn Wood It was time for a new car, and I experienced a battle between head and heart. With the kind patience and generous guidance of Lynn Wood at Village Volkswagen in Chattanooga, my heart won. She went above-and-beyond to make sure I was confident with my purchase and got exactly the car I wanted. And we had FUN making this happen (when was the last time you had fun buying a car?). It's been almost six months since I drove my beloved kitten-gray-classic "Boopsie" off the lot, and EVERY time I walk into the garage or into the parking lot, a huge smile sweeps across my face.
