They said sure and got me scheduled the next morning. More

My day for a 15K (service). Very, very good customer service and hospitable wait. I requested a car wash also and explained a problem we were experiencing with a rear door lock. Very, very good customer service and hospitable wait. I requested a car wash also and explained a problem we were experiencing with a rear door lock. The service greeter opened the door to a secret switch on the inner door frame - click _ problem solved (to my embarrassment). All service was completed as required & car sparkled to my satisfaction. The service did take longer that expected, 2.7 hrs, however the administrative crew took GREAT care to keep me relaxed and content. Highlight of the day was I met a fellow Ohio State Buckeye nut/fan which always makes my day. I will return. More

Very polite, willing to help All service personnel was very polite. They are always welcoming quick to take care of you. The only concern I had this passed time was the length of All service personnel was very polite. They are always welcoming quick to take care of you. The only concern I had this passed time was the length of time. It took 1 hr and 45 min to change oil and I had an appt. A lady next to me voiced it took 2 hours to change the passenger visor. Maybe it was an overloaded day it doesn't usually take that long. All were very pleasant though. More
