Horrible!!!! Not happy with the way they handled the sales of my car, or the recall. After driving down to Laguna Niguel I was told at the last minute the car had Not happy with the way they handled the sales of my car, or the recall. Friendly people and great service I came to this dealership because I found a great price on the car I liked. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He allowed me to take my time while we were searching for the right car and during the test drive. He clearly and thoroughly went over the details of the car and terms. Since I purchased the car I have been back to the dealership a few times and he has continued to be exceedingly helpful and patient with me. During my visits I have also been helped by Tom Johnson, Fred Nawabi, David Dominguez, the ladies at the front desk, and others, all of whom were very friendly, professional, and lived up to the high level of service one would expect from a Mercedes Benz dealership. The worst costumer service I have ever had to deal with. Purchased a Porsche 911 to be shipped to my home in New York. It arrived with a chip in the windshield. I called costumer service to have them cover t Purchased a Porsche 911 to be shipped to my home in New York. It arrived with a chip in the windshield. I called costumer service to have them cover the damages for my windshield. After weeks of calling, They told me it was my problem. Also found out that the car was not registered and that i would have to register the car myself. Wasted a month with costumer service to assist in resolving these issues and got nothing from it. My Porsche has now been sitting in a parking lot for a month due to the fact that it won't pass inspection until the windshield is fixed. BY FAR THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AS FAR AS DEALERSHIPS GO. STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU! More
