I went in really worried about having to negotiate prices and it taking all evening. Melissa and the entire team took great care of me and I drove home in my favorite vehicle with the right price. I purchased my car in January of 2023 and did not receive it in working condition until March of 2024. I have had multiple people promise me a scheduled call from the GM and that call has not been made at an it in working condition until March of 2024. I have had multiple people promise me a scheduled call from the GM and that call has not been made at any time. I was also promised oil changes for life at a minimum and that still has not been made official. The dealership has fallen short of every expectation THEY have set for me over the past year and 3 months More
