The sales personnel, MJ and Todd, were friendly and professional. We wanted to drive a Honda Passport. MJ did a great job in finding us a car to drive (turned out to be the owner's car). MJ was on poin professional. We wanted to drive a Honda Passport. MJ did a great job in finding us a car to drive (turned out to be the owner's car). MJ was on point when describing the car's features. Financing performed well by beating my bank's interest rate by sufficient margin that I deemed it acceptable to use Mohawk Honda's bank. The four stars vice five was for a few things: -Cars on the lot to sell but some titles were not in hand to facilitate the sale. -The website should be clearer in what inventory is not available. Making customers click through multiple screens and to provide contact info, not helpful. -Second trip to dealership (to finalize purchase) still took over two hours, and that was with an on-time appoint and AFTER a deposit was already made (on the first trip). MJ, again, was on point in making the most of the time in transferring plates, getting the new car cleaned, etc., and keeping regularly checking in on us. -Todd could have saved some time on going over the car features by checking to what was already explained to us vice repeating MJ's efforts. The live music (Saturday purchase) was a great experience. The car itself is great! More
