Exceptional I have had some pretty bad experiences with car dealerships, but Mohawk Honda has completely changed my opinion on car shopping. We worked with MJ and I have had some pretty bad experiences with car dealerships, but Mohawk Honda has completely changed my opinion on car shopping. We worked with MJ and I can't say enough great things about him. He was genuine, honest, knowledgeable, patient (we had a 2 month old and 3 year old and he was great with them), and best of all it was easy to tell he cared and had our best interest in mind. These are qualities I have not typically experienced with sales representatives so I was very impressed. I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and MJ! I love Ford Explorers and that is what I was purchasing and there was no pressure or judgement for buying used or buying a Ford. When it's time to car shop once again I hope to work with MJ and Mohawk Honda. I am happy to give them my business! I could not be happier! It says a lot when I rather buy a Ford at a Honda dealership then at a Ford! Thank you Mohawk Honda and Thank you MJ!! More

I thought the salesman, MJ Nicholas, was great! He was very helpful and accommodating to my wants and needs. He was easy to contact and answered all of my questions. He was also smart and super friendly! I love the fact that he took care of my previous lease with Ford, and returned it back to the Ford dealership for me! That saved me a trip, and time! Much appreciated! I was a little bothered by the wait (the day I picked up my car) which was about 2 hours with an apt, but MJ apologized and a few days later MJ offered me 2 free oil changes because of it. There seemed to be a mess up with my file with the finance manager because he had me in for the next day (which was when I was supposed to come, until MJ told me I could leave my ford at Mohawk, which we then decided I would come April 1st and not April 2nd). Nonetheless, I love my new car and I would reccomend this dealership, as well as MJ! More
