The only positive thing I can say is that when I left the lot and got a nail in my tire they replaced the tire free of charge. Everything else about this experience was terrible. After extreme buyers remorse I went back in hopes to lower my payments. I was told my payments would be about $100 less! That was a lie! I was told not to make my car payment because they would pay off the vehicle I traded in. That was a lie! It took them over a month to pay off my trade in. I was given a receipt for the payoff sent. That was a lie.I was told I would have 3 months no payments that was also a lie because I in fact had to make payments to a car I hadn’t had possession of in over a month because the payoff was not made! My payments are only $20 less and without all the warranties I had with the first vehicle! Love the car hate this dealership I will never ever go back!!! Nothing but lies on top of lies! More
