I visited the dealership this past weekend. The dealership show room is nice and they do have fast customer service. What they don't do is disclose all the costs for add-ons they install on th The dealership show room is nice and they do have fast customer service. What they don't do is disclose all the costs for add-ons they install on their cars on the advertised web price. When negotiating price of a car I was interested in they added on windshield coverage, battery coverage, and door-guard fee. They were able to remove windshield & battery coverage but not the door-guard which was close to $900. I felt that if that was a mandatory fee that was part of the car they should have added that to the advertised web price. The initial sales associate, Conner Chang who was pleasant to deal with. But the last staff member they sent to talk to me was Mac Lewis who was very rude and misconceiving. Totally cut throat and not willing to work on what we were looking for. Overall bad experience because of Mac and the lack of transparency with their false online advertisement. More

Oscar and Jim were in such a rush to get the IONIQ over to me that Jim did not even realize he didn’t properly obtain my signatures on the financial documents. Because of his mistake and delay, I couldn’t to me that Jim did not even realize he didn’t properly obtain my signatures on the financial documents. Because of his mistake and delay, I couldn’t set up an account to start making my monthly payments. I had to come in again to re-sign the papers, and Jim assured me I could make my second monthly payment with him and he would make sure it would go through. I did not appreciate having to go back in to do this and of course Oscar stopped all communication aside from trying to rush me to get in. Fast forward a couple weeks and Hyundai Finance keeps calling me saying that my payment was never posted, and now I have a late charge. I attempted to contact Jim, and I have never been able to reach him again EXCEPT of course when he needed me to come in. Mac stepped in since Jim was consistently unavailable and he said he would get it figured out, and ultimately he was able to get in writing that I would get a check with a refund. Over a month later, since Jim “handled” my second payment and two weeks since speaking to Mac, I still had nothing. No check, no follow through. Guest relations had to step in and get me a refund for the monthly amount + late payment. I had to come in yet again to get this refund. I was so annoyed at these constant inconveniences, miscommunication, and unavailability of Jim. Mac and Bridget were great. However I am now turned off from getting another car through Hyundai again in the future. More
