Delivery was very easy and Mace was excellent. The car was delivered with 1 key fob not programmed so I could only use 1 key fob of the 2. Mace was nice enough to come back out and replace the battery but that was not the issue. Now I have to come back to the dealership which is an hour away from me in order to get my 1 key fob replaced. Until then, I cannot create my user profile in my car either because the care requires 2 key fobs inside the car in order to create. However, overall a great experience with Mace, just wish the dealership checked both key fobs before delivery. More

The car is wondersul, but the delivery process was too slow, taking almost three hours, which is unconscionable. I hope that the service deprtment is more organized. I was promised a lession on the car's features, but despite my making an appointment I never got one and there are features I still don't know how to use. I'm hoping that someone will csll me to schedule an appointment that the dealership is ale to keep. More
