1. The service list includes inspection of steering and front suspension components. This is what I needed done more than anything. This was not done. I specifically said I didn’t want tire rotation; the place I get tires from does it for free and it’s not time. Was charged $24.95 for tire rotation 3. The battery is new, did. It need service. Was charged $39.95 for service. 4. Front and rear wipers are new. Tech says they need replaced. Overall I feel like I’ve been scammed. I was looking for oil change / lube and opinion on a noisy steering component. I was charged $320 total and didn’t get what I wanted. That’s a scam. More

The service staff did a good job keeping me informed about the status of the repairs being made to my car. All good. The only thing I would like to see is the dealer maintaining commonly needed parts fo about the status of the repairs being made to my car. All good. The only thing I would like to see is the dealer maintaining commonly needed parts for some of the used cars like mine (It took 7 working days to diagnose and repair a heater hose and diagnose a fault condition with a glow plug light). Honestly, while I’m pleased that they helped with those repairs I’m disappointed in the time it took to obtain VW parts. Parts that are readily available from local auto parts stores. Maybe you all should offer customers the option of using non OEM parts. Thanks. More
