Professionalism and customer service was good, but our vehicle issue was not resolved and we wasted another day dropping off our car for repair and not getting our car repaired. (We have done this twice vehicle issue was not resolved and we wasted another day dropping off our car for repair and not getting our car repaired. (We have done this twice for same issue) That is frustrating. Issue: AirBag Sensor/Wiring Harness W/ VW Atlas. Was told, it’s a known issue but don’t have the recall repair instructions or the part to fix it. Again, frustrating. Service Manager Mack was kind and followed up with me. He did answer all my questions. Still looking for resolution to this issue. Mack said he will call me back once part and recall instructions come in. Weeks, maybe months from now. More
