Unfortunately that was not the plan initially but a driver t-boned me in the first truck at 60mph. All six air bags deployed and I survived. After my vehicle was declared a total loss Mack stepped in and assisted in handling the replacement of my truck in one week. He has been absolutely fantastic and so has Karl Flammer. I highly recommend them both if you are in the market for a new Ford vehicle. More
