When we arrived at the dealership, he came outside to greet us and offered to help us and we declined. He didn’t interrupt us again for nearly 2 hours. He was very friendly and attentive. As he toured us around the dealership we were impressed at how everyone smiled and greeted us, even though we were disrupting their work. Steve called to see if we had any questions. He was very kind, realistic and honest. We were looking at another additional add-on for the car we purchased and he recommended that we consider doing this upgrade outside of the dealership. We really appreciated this honesty, even though it was a small loss for the dealership. Finally, we met with Mackenzie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She wasn’t bothered by our questions. I will definitely be recommended DePaula and Albert to my friends and family. More

I brought the vehicle back 2 days after delivery to explain the features in more detail because I was short on time the day of delivery and had to leave. She walked through all the features in great detail, she hooked me up!!. All around great dealership. Everyone there is good to work with and take the hassle and headache out of buying a vehicle. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend it to my friends and family. More

We were able to come to a fair price easily and the pickup process was frictionless yet thorough (props to MacKenzie, who knew just what level of detail to hit when training me on the vehicle's features). No pressure and excellent care. We were looking at muiltiple makes of vehicles to decide which one we wanted. Beside the vehicle list we narrowed it down to we also ruled out dealerships that had the typical sales type pressure. We loved everything about the CX9 and Glenn was very fair and helpful with giving us options and incite with our choices. We told him that we would be back in a month or longer since we had a few things to care for and he respected what we said which made us not just prefer Mazda but also this dealership as our preference. Even though we live an hour away. We love the car and so far our experience with Depaula Mazda and our salesman Glenn has been great. More
