Excellent experience. Professional and courteous. Felt that lease offer was a reasonable deal. Did not feel pressured and overall customer service was much better than with other local dealerships. Buying a car is a big deal and I had a ton of questions -- she guided me through everything all while being kind and gracious! He was very responsive to emails after my first visit which I really appreciated because of my sometimes busy schedule. He also explained everything very thoroughly and walked me through the process. Mackenzie was also a great help showing me the features of the car and getting me situated before I left the dealership. She is very personable and knew the car which made things easier when leaving.
