My experience with DePaula Ford was my first one. I will return when I’m looking for another vehicle. Tyler, the service manager was very accommodating and Vonzel Legall walked me through all the options wi return when I’m looking for another vehicle. Tyler, the service manager was very accommodating and Vonzel Legall walked me through all the options with Ford Pass both at the dealer and after I had the car home. Super pleased with my F-150 Roush purchase experience! Wow, I am super pleased doing business with DePaula Ford. Purchased a new F-150 Roush pickup Saturday. after I had contacted Jayson, Mgr. few days Wow, I am super pleased doing business with DePaula Ford. Purchased a new F-150 Roush pickup Saturday. after I had contacted Jayson, Mgr. few days prior and discussed the Roush and my F-150 Lariat trade-in. Polite, efficient and knowledgable. Frank, finance mgr was friendly and professional and a car guy like me. No high pressure just an honest and solid staff. My salesman Qasim did everything possible to ensure my total satisfaction. I drove there from the Milford, PA area and am sure glad I did! We summer in Lake George and we will let all our friends here and there know about DePaula Ford and their wonderful staff. More

The service was excellent including the reasonable price. I went there to fix toe link which was one of recall items and they also found my car would need an oil change soon. I let them take care of both recall item and oil change with synthetic. Both items were done in time and the price of synthetic oil change was reasonable too. More

Fantastic Experience! We had an amazing experience at DePaula and with Albert. He was incredibly helpful but not pushy at all. When we arrived at the dealership, he came ou We had an amazing experience at DePaula and with Albert. He was incredibly helpful but not pushy at all. When we arrived at the dealership, he came outside to greet us and offered to help us and we declined. He didn’t interrupt us again for nearly 2 hours. He was very friendly and attentive. As he toured us around the dealership we were impressed at how everyone smiled and greeted us, even though we were disrupting their work. Steve called to see if we had any questions. He was very kind, realistic and honest. We were looking at another additional add-on for the car we purchased and he recommended that we consider doing this upgrade outside of the dealership. We really appreciated this honesty, even though it was a small loss for the dealership. Finally, we met with Mackenzie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She wasn’t bothered by our questions. I will definitely be recommended DePaula and Albert to my friends and family. More

I brought the vehicle back 2 days after delivery to explain the features in more detail because I was short on time the day of delivery and had to leave. She walked through all the features in great detail, she hooked me up!!. All around great dealership. Everyone there is good to work with and take the hassle and headache out of buying a vehicle. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend it to my friends and family. More
