Purchased a new F-150 Roush pickup Saturday. after I had contacted Jayson, Mgr. few days prior and discussed the Roush and my F-150 Lariat trade-in. Polite, efficient and knowledgable. Frank, finance mgr was friendly and professional and a car guy like me. No high pressure just an honest and solid staff. My salesman Qasim did everything possible to ensure my total satisfaction. Fantastic Experience! We had an amazing experience at DePaula and with Albert. He was incredibly helpful but not pushy at all. When we arrived at the dealership, he came outside to greet us and offered to help us and we declined. He didn’t interrupt us again for nearly 2 hours. He was very friendly and attentive. As he toured us around the dealership we were impressed at how everyone smiled and greeted us, even though we were disrupting their work. Steve called to see if we had any questions. He was very kind, realistic and honest. We were looking at another additional add-on for the car we purchased and he recommended that we consider doing this upgrade outside of the dealership. We really appreciated this honesty, even though it was a small loss for the dealership. Finally, we met with Mackenzie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She wasn’t bothered by our questions. I will definitely be recommended DePaula and Albert to my friends and family. More

I brought the vehicle back 2 days after delivery to explain the features in more detail because I was short on time the day of delivery and had to leave. She walked through all the features in great detail, she hooked me up!!. All around great dealership. Everyone there is good to work with and take the hassle and headache out of buying a vehicle. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend it to my friends and family. More
