From the time you get there, the people are very pleasant. There is a very nice place to sit while wait for your car to be serviced and snacks. The Jim Ellis dealership was one of 20 dealerships that I reached out to regarding my recent vehicle purchase. Initially there was a rep at the dealership that told us that they wouldn't be able to do the de reached out to regarding my recent vehicle purchase. Initially there was a rep at the dealership that told us that they wouldn't be able to do the deal with us, which was interesting because we'd spoken to this rep in person at the dealership multiple times. Since the rep told us Jim Ellis couldn't do the deal I decided to reach out multiple other dealerships to see if they were willing to do the deal. Eventually a very good deal was emailed from a competing dealer and we reached back out to Jim Ellis to see if they would be willing to beat or match the deal. LeeAnn, the Internet Sales Manager, was delightful and informed us that she would work to see if she could get the deal done. She reached back out about 40 minutes later and the deal was on motion. The entire process, once at the dealership took about 40 minutes and we've been happy ever since. It was by far the best dealership experience we've had up until now. More
