Pleasant, Professional Experience We were looking for a nearly new vehicle and located a candidate vehicle at Lenoir City Ford. Our first encounter with sales personnel was with MacKe We were looking for a nearly new vehicle and located a candidate vehicle at Lenoir City Ford. Our first encounter with sales personnel was with MacKenzie Hansen. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle, professional and low pressure. Our next encounter with sales was with Lisa Bunch-Myers. She was also very knowledgeable and professional. At no point did we feel we were under high pressure to purchase the vehicle, but rather every question we had was answered promptly and accurately. MacKenzie was particularly knowledgeable of the cars complex electronics package. The Internet Manager, Sonny Wolfenbarger went out of his was to introduce himself and make sure all of our questions were answered. At the end of the process I felt that were able to make what I consider an educated decision to purchase the vehicle at a very fair price. I also noticed a Folds of Honor decal on the front door, which I hope means that they support this fine charitable organization that provides post-secondary scholarships to children of military men and women who have been killed or disabled in the line of duty. I rate our experience at Lenoir City Ford a solid A+. More
