The manager came in and was super nice and my salesman was awesome. Just left a bad taste. To preface I’ve bought all my cars through this dealership from two from Huggins whom they bought and now two through norm reeves. The last one I bought was in 2022 and since then the quality of service has declined. Overall I ended up buying the car, just unfortunate it was such a hassle. More

Seriously that absolute worst customer service experience we have ever had in all of our years of buying cars. This was the first time we have ever been in a position to pay cash and should have been super excited.. they took that away!! Need major improvements here folks!! More
