My experience was one of perfection from scheduling to my reception by Maddie to the prompt and professional service I received, I was impressed when offered a ride home, when I told them I was about 45 mile reception by Maddie to the prompt and professional service I received, I was impressed when offered a ride home, when I told them I was about 45 miles they just gave me a rental, no charge, they also stayed in contact to let me know the status of my vehicle, and sent a short video of the vehicle's inspection, very nice to deal with, I finally found a dealership I like working with, thanks to the team at Russ Darrow, Good Job! More

I got ripped off. Scheduled appointment for semi-synthetic for $49. Got there and Maddie said it was around $75 and the full-synthetic was $85. She said they usually p Scheduled appointment for semi-synthetic for $49. Got there and Maddie said it was around $75 and the full-synthetic was $85. She said they usually put full-synthetic in my car. I told her the website said $49 for semi-synthetic. She decided to pull up the website and show me the price was around $75. So I went online and actually selected Schedule Service at their location. I put in my car’s information and it showed $49 for semi-synthetic. I showed her and she said that meant the full-synthetic wasn’t priced right either. I went with the full-synthetic that was $85 but was $75 on sale. Then she gave me another $10 off, making the total $65. When the oil change was finished, the $65 ended up being $89! There was the tax, a couple of other charges for something like $4 each, and then a “shop fee” which happened to be $10. I feel as if they wanted to make sure I paid the regular price for the full-synthetic of $85 in the end. I paid it, left this dealership, and will try to never go back there. Also, my appointment was at 10:30am and I didn’t leave until around noon. This was supposed to be an emissions test and 20-minute oil change for $49 but ended up being 1-1/2 hours and $89. I know what they did and they know because the person who greets you is the person who checks you out when the service is completed. I believe Zach, who was very nice, said Maddie was busy at the moment and he would check me out. Maddie was nowhere to be found when I was informed my total was $89. Seems too convenient. I felt horrible when I left and for most of the day after that. Doesn’t feel good to be ripped off. More
