Maddie was excellent. Made me feel confident that my needs were addressed and I appreciated her service suggestions. She is an asset to your company, One suggestion is to have the Technician speak more clearly as he video the under carriage of my car. Could not understand his explanations. More

I feel like there’s no communication between the employees of the dealership. I’ve been to the dealership about five times since I had my car, and one time they completely lost my car. Another time, they couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car. One time I came in for an oil/filter change, they told me I couldn’t have an oil change because it didn’t meet their requirement. Very good overall. Maddie is like my car's pediatrician. She handled all of the activities from assessing the dashboard light and looking at the history files and sugge Maddie is like my car's pediatrician. She handled all of the activities from assessing the dashboard light and looking at the history files and suggested that my transmission is due and did all that needs to be taken care of in a seamless way. I also like the video they send when tech diagnosis and does multipoint inspection. The waiting area is clean spacious and the wifi is good so I can work while waiting. Maddie also made sure everything is done on time and very efficient from greeting the moment car enters to fixing to billing and sign off in a perfect TAT. I didn't overwait and my car gets premium treatment at the dealership. I don't go anywhere else for my car's needs. Been a customer for ~4yrs now. So far it's awesome. Thank you to the team. More
