Sadly, the Subaru Ascent 2020 I bought from this dealer was a lemon. It had electrical problems, a weird gas tank issue, and the roof leaked putting all the bells and whistles in my Ascent into a tailspin. was a lemon. I visited Subaru in this dealership 8 times,one in KY 3 times, and one in Ocala 3 times. My biz partner, who's an Ivy League trained lawyer, finally agreed with me, that if this car wasn't a lemon, there was no hope. The dealer and Subaru stood behind the product, and I am now driving a newer 2022 version. My partner was surprised, but felt they wasted our time in the switch, but at least stood behind the product. I thought they tried, but I guess they weren't making much money, so they sort of burned the bridge over stupid time stuff. I was impressed Subaru stood behind their product. More
