Madeline, my salesperson was knowledgeable about the vehicles she was selling and able to answer any questions I had. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences. She went with me on a test drive to ensure that the vehicle met my expectations. During the test drive, she made sure to point out key features and benefits of the vehicle. When I decided to move forward with the purchase, City of Brookfield offered a transparent and straightforward pricing process. This included clear pricing for the new vehicle, as well as a more than fair price for my trade in. I enjoyed meeting and working with JP, he was a great down to earth guy who made me feel like family. After the sale was complete, the dealership offered a comprehensive orientation of the vehicle, including a walk-through of key features and technologies. They also informed me they would be available at any time to answer any additional questions or concerns that may come up after the sale was complete.
