We have our eyes on a particular exterior/interiori/wood trim combination when we set up the appointment. He would pull the car we requested out front for us for our convienience, then he also suggest a new combination we never considered. When he led us to see his suggesstion, in our head - we think "This is it! This is what we want". Kevin's service did not stop there - as we were trading in our old car, on the day we are picking up the new SUV, we left few important things in the old car. We returned to the dealership attempted to retreive them. Despite it is already after the business hour, he work with the other staff to locate my traded in vehicle and recover all the items we requested, and all during wild pouring rain. Also thanks to the sales team that working with me in this process with all the timely communication and responses. For sure one of the best experience for car buying! More

Robert, the sales manager, worked out a deal to which I could not say, ‘no.’ And finally, Nico, who is their business manager (and fellow Greek), was very accommodating in the leasing options. The whole experience exceeded all of the expectations that I ever had about high-end luxury auto manufacturers. Walking into the dealership at the time of my appointment, I immediately felt a sense of pride, prestige, and ownership. I was promptly greeted by the front desk, who was so friendly. Cheryl S. introduced me to Mike C., who was my sales consultant. He was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable of this one particular Lexus model that I was there to see. He listened, advised, and followed through with his words and always made me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the process. We went for a test drive and it was then that I realized, this would be my next car to own. My next step was meeting with Chris G., who was my finance officer. He was proficient, motivated, and diligent to find me the right loan package that complimented my financial need. Needless to say, he went above and beyond his duty to get me the best fit. Surely I initially had some reluctance of letting go of the car that I was trading in. However, the decision to move forward got easier to accept every time when I’d take a look at my brand new 2015 Lexus IS350 AWD F-Sport.
