I got charged 550 for a transmission flush and that’s fine I guess but my check engine light came on and it was a wiring issue. They tried to charge me 570 out of pocket saying that max care wouldn’t cov fine I guess but my check engine light came on and it was a wiring issue. They tried to charge me 570 out of pocket saying that max care wouldn’t cover it to fix a broken wire. Once I said I’d buy a new harness the woman said fine do it yourself. Brought it to another Chevy dealer and some how magically it was covered by max care for a new harness. Still had to pay the 216 before I left lake chevrolet. I will never recommend going to lake Chevrolet and I will let everyone know that it is a stupid scam. The woman sound very surprised when I said I don’t want your services I want my truck back. I saw that there was a few taped up wires and that’s it. When I went to get it she made sure to have a guy standing behind her with his arms crossed to try and intimidate me. Way to go lake Chevrolet. I’ll see you never More

I normally have a good experience with lake Chevy, but my last visit was frustrating. Had a pretty large surprise repair bill that seemed excessive for the age/mileage of the car. Ice to have been informed of that prior to checking out. I had no other form of payment on me. The surcharge was about $100. More
