It turns out that she is a Leasing and Retention Manager and not a sales person-but she handled my transaction because she was familiar with my situation. She is amazing! I returned my existing lease and leased a new CRV in 45 minutes, and was very satisfied with the deal. Yonkers Honda has always been a great dealership to work with, and my family and I are return customers - all of the folks that work there are terrific. Had to recognize Mae-you are awesome, thank you for all of your help! I love the car!! More

There was an issue with the color I wanted so Michael LaPadula made a swap with another dealer so that I could get the EXACT car I wanted with all of the options including sensing. They went out of their way to make me happy!! I have purchased and leased many cars in my lifetime but this was by far the easiest and fastest transaction. They did not try to sell me anything extra!!! I will continue to go to Yonkers Honda!!! Thank you, thank you to both Mae and Michael!! You guys were tremendous! Mae Soleiman; who was our agent; made our leasing experience pleasant and efficient. She answers all questions truthfully no matter what the answer is. Mae went out of her way to take care of any issues that arose during the process. She was super attentive and took the time to find the car and options we wanted. Within 3 hours time we had the paperwork signed, she was walking us through the features on the car and syncing my cellphone contact list to blue tooth; we drove it home that day.
