This is what brought us to Yonkers Honda dealership.... From the moment we walked into the showroom everyone was professional and accommodating. Mae Soleiman; who was our agent; made our leasing experience pleasant and efficient. She answers all questions truthfully no matter what the answer is. Mae went out of her way to take care of any issues that arose during the process. She was super attentive and took the time to find the car and options we wanted. Within 3 hours time we had the paperwork signed, she was walking us through the features on the car and syncing my cellphone contact list to blue tooth; we drove it home that day. We are very pleased with our car and the quality of customer service we received from Mae and the rest of the staff at Yonkers Honda Dealership... I would highly recommend them to family and friends. This is the second car we have purchased through Honda Yonkers in a year & we will be returning in a few months to purchase a third. The staff at Honda Yonkers was amazing. From Mae Soleiman who first meet us at the door and immediately referred us to our salesperson Jon Saba and then our finance person Mohamed, they were outstanding and so friendly. They make you feel like you are family. My husband while picking up our truck even stayed and made a video for their website, we laughed all together and had so much fun and got to know another sales staff member Michael Bargallo, so friendly. We will make sure we tell everyone to go to Honda Yonkers. More
