I just purchased a new 2010 Charger from Maggie last Monday and she was GREAT!!!!!! The finance manager and the desk manager were great too. I just took a buddy up there who just bought a new Ram and no Monday and she was GREAT!!!!!! The finance manager and the desk manager were great too. We were in the market for a new SUV and researched dealerships in the Charlotte area online. We decided to visit Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge because they seemed to have the largest selection of dealerships in the Charlotte area online. We decided to visit Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge because they seemed to have the largest selection of vehicles that met our needs. We worked with Maggie to test drive several vehicles and decided on a new 2011 Jeep Compass Limited. Maggie worked with us to come up with a price and term that matched our budget. We also received a very fair trade value for our 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that had 224,000 miles on it. After agreeing to terms the process and paperwork went very smoothly. They were even able to tint our front windows while completed our paperwork. I would definitely recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

Maggie was awesome from the first time I stepped in the showroom. I can not stand buying a new car. In fact the last four cars I purchased for myself were all auction vehicles, but my wife wanted a Jeep. showroom. I can not stand buying a new car. We went to this dealership after going to the concord dealership and they did not have any Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon's for us to test drive. We called this dealership and were told that they had m dealership and they did not have any Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon's for us to test drive. We called this dealership and were told that they had many in stock and we went there. We had not intended to buy a car on Saturday. We test drove the Rubicon and loved it. Maggie was great and patient with us. She was available to answer any questions we had. She stayed with us past closing time so that we could get everything in order. She was there and ready for us on Sunday when we brought the payment and title. I would recommend Maggie to anyone that is looking for a great salesperson. In the end, we purchased the Jeep due to the great deal we got. Didn't have to do too much bargaining to get it at the price we wanted which was great. More
