I finally got my car fixed here after three Jeep services in Long Island, Staten Island, and Brooklyn. None could help us with strange knocking sound from engine. When I came to Eastchester, Maggie ( she is in Long Island, Staten Island, and Brooklyn. None could help us with strange knocking sound from engine. When I came to Eastchester, Maggie ( she is manager now) right away understood the problem, and said that engine mounts need to be changed. Finally, no more annoying sounds. Highly recommended! These people are professionals! More

Very poor service. I have had nothing but problems with my 2021 Grand Cherokee L since I took it off the lot. This is border line embarrassing.
