I was ripped off 160.00 for a diagnostic fee for an airbag red light even though there was a recall for the airbags. Total rip off, never going back. They knew they had to do the recall regardless, Ba airbag red light even though there was a recall for the airbags. Total rip off, never going back. Overcharged me for car battery&Mr. Frank Perez no explanatio First of all, as I mentioned in my voice message to Mr. Frank Perez, my 2014 Jeep Cherokee was serviced at your Bronx location yesterday. I needed a n First of all, as I mentioned in my voice message to Mr. Frank Perez, my 2014 Jeep Cherokee was serviced at your Bronx location yesterday. I needed a new battery. I see the battery cost $240. Why does the dealership charge 1 hour labor of $149.95 for like a 10 minute job? If one was to buy the battery at NAPA or AUTOZONE, they don't charge labor, you just pay the price of the battery. Second, again as mentioned in my voice message to Mr. Perez, from my Multi-Point Inspection, the Power Steering Fluid section was checked off yellow, which means "Will need future attention". What does that mean? And why wasn't that discussed with me? In addition, my appointment was at 8:15AM, so why did it take soooo long to do this simple job, that I ended up leaving at like 11:00am? I looked up the specifications of my battery, and it has a list price of $177.00 on Mopar's website, but on sale for $133.20. You guys charged me $240! Rip-off!! WHY???? I need someone to respond to my concerns. More

Maggie was awesome! (So was the man who coord. Car drop off) I usually hate dealerships and the people that work there. Maggie was great though. She was responsive, friendly and accommodating. When someone forgo I usually hate dealerships and the people that work there. Maggie was great though. She was responsive, friendly and accommodating. When someone forgot to call me to tell me my car was ready, she was immediately apologetic and even gave me a discount (which I did not expect, but was an unexpected and appreciated bonus). The man who was in charge of directing incoming cars on Friday, October 11 was a joy (I unfortunately did not get his name). But he was so friendly and definitely made my day start off on a good foot. I actually told my husband as I was leaving how friendly everyone was. It was definitely not something I’d experienced at dealerships or mechanic offices before but was so appreciated. More
