This was the single worst experience I've had at a dealership, ever! Let's start with the employees. Ben. GM. Inept. Mark. Sales Mgr. 9 days of trying to make things right and didn't even come close. Matt. Finance. Be careful what you sign. He's sneaky and not equipped to communicate what is actually being added or eliminated from a contract. Andrew. Sales. Very nice but failure to communicate and ineptitude don't qualify you in this job. Bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I new the issues and ask them to have Service make sure there where no others. Came back and said car was good. 3 month later. $8000 worth of work had to be done. My bad for trusting them. How did those issues get by the mechanic? So we agreed to trade back Jeep and look for another car. 8 1/2 hrs later, put $3000 down and into another car. What I didn't realize is they never took the trade in. But that was never communicated to me that day. Thus the horrible journey for 9 days I went through with the above employees. Everyone ran for the hills and wanted nothing to do with me. Got my Jeep back and the $3000. Buyer beware at this dealership!!! • More

If I could give this dealership zero stars- I would. Don’t trust them. They are sneaky! My salesman his boss and I agreed on a deal. That deal included the extended warranty. I was there maybe eight hou Don’t trust them. They are sneaky! My salesman his boss and I agreed on a deal. That deal included the extended warranty. I was there maybe eight hours for this purchase from beginning to end. By the time I got back to the finance guy— I trusted them, much to my mistake! I signed and didn’t read because I thought the deal was done. When I got my first statement from the bank— the loan amount was for much more than we had agreed on. I called the bank thinking that maybe they were just tacking on the interest over the length of the loan. That wasn’t the case. The dealership didn’t add in the warranty as part of the deal and instead charged me for it. I called the dealership. No one called me back. I messaged my salesman. No reply. So I went into the dealership to discuss this with them and they are like “oh well” “nothing we can do”. Do yourself a favor and always never trust- read everything—- but more importantly, go somewhere else for your car. Sleazy people and way of doing business at Mazda of Palm Beach! 👎🏻👎🏻 More
