I had a good experience working with Majed Abdalla. He was patient with my insurance company and did a thorough walk-through with me prior to my exiting the property with my car. I did not appreciate (and this is an issue with Toyota itself, not Majed) is that the suggested retail value posted on their website was $2,000 less than the price of the car that they were initially selling to me. Majed said this was due to supply and demand, and while I know that supply of new cars has been low, that fact should have been reflected in the price that was listed on the website. I was able to negotiate the price down a little bit, and got some extra options thrown in. So in the end it all worked out well. I really wanted this particular car so I had to deal with this irritation, but it will be tough to trust Toyota's pricing again for my next purchase. More
