I want to thank Cutis Jones, Service Advisor for his guidance and service on our 2024 Toyota Camry. We needed a driverside mirror replacement due to striking a barrier last week. We started looking online for inexpensive ways to fix this. Curtis was concise and polite as far as correcting us. The repair was completed in about 1 hour. Like the commercial says "Keeping our Toyota a Toyota" If we had gone the inexpensive route, we would have failed as there were multiple things to be done that I was not capable of.
