Hello I am Malainne. I have worked for Herb Chambers since 1994. I started in the auto detailing department part time. In 1995 I was transferred to Cashier | Receptionist. The following year I was promoted to handle accounts payable where I stayed for 15 years. Recently I accepted a position as Service Advisor which I love. My point person upon entering till leaving is Tim; he possesses an outstanding customer relationship skill set. He’s humble, helpful, even humorous. 7:30 appt for oil change and truck wasn’t ready until 9:00. I even had to wait for service person as my truck sitting there. They took majority of their time on try selling on services I didn’t need or a 9:00. I even had to wait for service person as my truck sitting there. They set an appointment the next day for us and resolved the issues with the car. Ron called us shortly after we dropped off the car and let us know the issues that needed to be resolved and this dealership the issues with the car.
