Recently got a 2021 Sti with 241 miles on dash on October 11th. From paper work to car and details of arrival. Everything Dell and finance director Mark did was great. Couldn’t ask for more. They sure know how to make a customer happy and feel at home. He even hold onto my item that I forgot in the old car. Which I am very grateful for. I came back a week later to pick up the item and my old license plate that I forgot before I drove off. Mr.William helped me grab the item since Dell was off and I mentioned to him that the car was left with adhesive from delivery or whatever was left over from not detailed/cleaning correctly. He quickly got it taken care off asap which was A1. On to the car that I got. From day one since owning it. The car been pulling to the right. Since the car came with summer tires and the weather temperature drop close to 45* weeks later. I have to buy all season tires and decided to put on my aftermarket wheels. When the car reach 1,5xx miles, I decided to bring it in for oil change and bring up the issue to the service advisor Brandon. Left front camber .6 and Right front camber 1.1. He wouldn’t even out the front camber as a 1 time free adjustment alignment. His statement is it’s in spec so it doesn’t need adjustment. A UNEVEN front cambers. Even told me that his car run -3 cambers. Told me the toe is what makes the tire uneven. Yes I know what toe / caster / camber is. I told him what do his car got to do with my car as I did not do aftermarket suspension and my car is brought new. i kept it oem so I don’t mess with warranty and if I did then I wouldn’t bring up the issue. So at least make it right as a new owner so I can be happy with my car. Brandon and the tech both decided to say it’s my new wheels and new tires that cause it or the road I drove on is uneven. Even said if I want to even the front cambers then I will have to pay and they will even the cambers up front. They put on paper CAUSED BY “ vehicle equip with aftermarket wheels and tires. What a joke. I Email him back and said I talked to SOA on Friday while I’m at work and he told me that there is a 1 time free alignment for new car owner. His reply “manager Micheal is working with Subaru of America to get this issue resolved “. I was there last week and they should of got a answers to issue resolved already. Which make me think this place is really not the place to bring my car for future service done even tho I did got the car from them and brought extended warranty. Seems like this place take my car as a joke after I left with it and doesn’t care much for the problem. I might come back for car parts since it is close to home but for car service?!? I don’t think I would return nor recommend this place to my customers. Contacted SOA via phone and told them about my problem. Very happy with them handling it. As for dealership service. I am very speechless so I have to put it out there also. I have never experienced this with Honda or Toyota / Lexus service advisor before. More

Drove home a brand new Ascent yesterday as a proud 4th Subaru owner. Too bad I had to wait so long for it but it was worth it. Malcolm was first contact and then passed it off to ODell. They promised to a Subaru owner. Too bad I had to wait so long for it but it was worth it. Malcolm was first contact and then passed it off to ODell. They promised to and picked us up at Carmax after selling our Forester. Marc Pandos got me down to .9% from 1.9% finance rate and gave me a 10 year warrant cheap, The 48 month life of loan was increased to 63. this was all without haggling or asking. Been dealing with Marc for 10 years now. This dealership has come a long way since I bought my first Subaru in 2010. More

I brought my Outback in for a warranty repair and was given a loaner. Dustin told me it would be around 2 weeks because of ordering the part. I got my car back much earlier than promised.
