Bought a stunning used Seltos for a great price with one fob. Bought one on line and took it to Crain Kia for programming. They reimbursed me for buying it and NO CHARGE for the programming. Maleek was awesome and very personal. He made sure that our communication stayed intact. The financing issue is what I have a problem with. I am 3 days from making my first vehicle p He made sure that our communication stayed intact. The financing issue is what I have a problem with. I am 3 days from making my first vehicle payment and I still have not received my title for the vehicle nor my warranty refund for canceling my traded vehicle. I had to make an additional payment on my traded vehicle as well. This is all unheard of. I have had several vehicles and this is not an issue that I have ever had. Can someone please help me understand? More
