I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Rich Greenberg and Malek Abed the internet sales staff. The price quoted seemed reasonable given other quotes I received as well as research online. There was no pressure or last minute surprises. I had no contact with the regular sales staff so can't comment on that part of the business but I was very happy with my buying experience. More

This was the best experience in buying a car. We were in an accident which totaled our previous Camry. Shopping online, we found what we were looking for at Toyota Direct. Rich returned my inquiry asap. We went down to the dealership the next morning. Malek took us through the process and we drove home in just the right car at just the right price! We are a return customer. We recommend this dealership and especially these men! You wont be disappointed. More
