Initially we were working with another salesperson. We really loved a certain truck but we were convinced to look at a different truck instead (he said it wasn't available) over three days, so we made We really loved a certain truck but we were convinced to look at a different truck instead (he said it wasn't available) over three days, so we made an appt to look at the truck. We got there early and of course he was with another customer but then we waited two hours (an hour and a half passed our appt time) and literally watched the truck we were there to see get sold to someone else! My husband was pretty upset so he asked for another salesperson to work with. We were introduced to Chuck, and he was amazing! We had some hiccups but he went above and beyond! We had some paperwork/title issues and he kept on finance daily until it was resolved! We really weren't impressed with Ferguson initially because of the issues early on, but Chuck really saved the day! More
