Great Dealership As a repeat customer I had another great experience with this dealership. As always they were very helpful in putting a deal together on my vehicle. After the process there was a problem with the paperwork and the delay in getting it, However they step up to plate and worked on getting things taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. Absolute worst experience We’ve had so many issues with this dealership I won’t even go into all of them. If you need to speak with someone you might as well just go in. No one We’ve had so many issues with this dealership I won’t even go into all of them. If you need to speak with someone you might as well just go in. No one ever answers the phone and several voicemails were either full or not set up so we couldn’t leave a message! Main issue has been with sales and finance. I understand an issue every once in a while but having an issue with five purchases is ridiculous. I’m happy I’ll never have to step foot in this place again. More

Poor srvice after sale A customer service person had to get involved to resolve a very simple issue, which turned out to be a big deal (mad customer). Statements such as "I'm the best sales person ever" are not very impressive when their not listening! More
