I’ve contacted everyone from this list and they refuse to sale me the 2021 Yukon because I stay in Maryland and none of them wants to do the extra work. I am so glad Bill helped me pick out the perfect car for me! He was patient with me because I was so undecided. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I said. Even though I thought me! He was patient with me because I was so undecided. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I said. Even though I thought differently because I had another car in my mind but after sitting in a brand new Cadillac and running some numbers in my budget I drove my brand new Cadillac home in a couple of hours!!!! The management was also hands on with my car deal which means a lot to me. While waiting for the paperwork we all talked and laughed. It was a great experience all around. More

The dealership is pretty far from where I live but the lack of communication forces me to drive out to the dealership with hopes they will do something about this. Also, I purchased a "warranty", I have the paperwork for it, but when I called in for information they say my warranty doesn't exist. Worst car buying experience ever. More
